Phone in, sit back and relax until we turn up. When AARGENT is on the job you have nothing further to do except gather your system CD Roms. If you can’t find those we have a wide range of software available. On arrival, problems are identified and solutions suggested. If necessary, your computer can be transported to the AARGENT technical facility. After repairs are completed, your machine is reinstalled and checked to ensure complete functionality.

On the spot diagnosis

Offsite Repairs
Your machine may need to be taken offsite in order for repairs to be effected within a controlled environment. Generally return is within 2-3 working days. The technician will not leave your site until everything is functional and you are 100% satisfied with the repairs and installation.

Windows Tune-up
Get rid of errors, clean and tidy up the system so Windows can run smoothly again. Get that scanner, printer, speakers, modem etc etc running again.

AARGENT Computer Services Pre-Service Statement
Your computer is in safe hands and every care will be Taken to maintain it and the data stored within safely.

Data and Applications
AARGENT Computer Services does not accept any liability for data or application software, which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered during repair. Customer is required to back up all data stored in the computer, and to remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, DVD's or PC Cards from products before returning or submitting the equipment for repair or replacement.

Data Extraction
If AARGENT Computer Services agrees to extract client data from equipment there is no explicit guarantee that said data can be extracted safely or in total. The client accepts full responsibility for application software and data backup. AARGENT Computer Services is not required to advise or remind customer of appropriate backup and other data security procedures.

Damage and Malfunction
AARGENT Computer Services will not be liable for damage caused to other equipment used in conjunction with goods repaired or supplied by AARGENT Computer Services. AARGENT Computer Services will not be held liable for damage or injury to property or persons caused by internal malfunction of components supplied or repaired by AARGENT Computer Services.

Please supply registered genuine software only
Client is reminded that AARGENT Computer Services will not accept liability for software problems caused by clients' use of non-genuine software. Only genuine software should be provided to AARGENT Computer Services for installation on clients' computer.

Payment
Payment is required at completion of job or on delivery. Cash is preferable but cheques may be accepted if prior arrangement is made. If payment is not effected within 30 days, equipment will be disposed of in lieu of payment. Title of components supplied will not revert to purchaser until cash is received or cheques have been cleared. Collection and dishonour costs will be charged to purchaser.

Equipment Storage at AARGENT
We are not able to store your equipment. Please note equipment left longer than 30 days without written arrangements may be disposed of. Parts removed for replacement or upgrade will become the property of AARGENT Computer Services unless their return is explicitly requested. Non functional equipment left for diagnosis will be disposed of unless return is explicitly requested.

By allowing AARGENT Computer Services representative to commence repairs, configuration or modification to your computer, you have agreed to the terms set out above

Warranty is as per your invoice or supplied warranty document
Software is guaranteed as of day of delivery.
